Kids 1st Sitting Service Rates

A four-hour minimum is required for all babysitting appointments.  Hourly rates are paid directly to sitter by the family at the end of the appointment.  Babysitters are independent contractors and are not employees of Kids 1st Sitting Service.

RATES

• $9.00/hr for one child, $1.00/hr for each additional child, up to five children
• $1.00/hr additional for every hour after midnight
• $1.00/hr additional for holidays.  See below for holiday dates.
• Transportation fee:  $4.00 additional fee per trip.  For trips over 10 miles add .40 cents a mile.
• Hotel babysitting: sitters’ parking fee to be paid to the sitter at the end of the sit.  If cancelled, cancellation fee and parking fee (if incurred) would apply.

MULTIPLE FAMILY/GROUPS

• Above rates apply if total is five children and less.
• For six to 11 children, a second sitter would be required. 
• For 12 or more children, a third sitter would be required. 
• If more than one sitter is required, rate for each sitter is $10/hr.

OVERNIGHT RATES

• $95.00 for 1-2 children after school to morning before school
• $110.00 for 3-4 children after school to morning before school
• $120.00 for 24 hour period Monday - Thursday (1-2 children)
• $130.00 for 24 hour period Monday - Thursday (3-4 children)
• $130.00 for 24 hour period Friday - Sunday (1-2 children)
• $150.00 for 24 hour period Friday - Sunday (3-4 children)

PLACEMENT SERVICE FEES
The babysitter placement fee is $8.00 per day. Overnight and Holiday placement fee is $12 per day.
